This video below has a lot of great answers for helping these feral cats aka stray cats. It's my belief that the trap, neuter, return system has been proven to work. This is a great organization and they are really making a big difference. Please help support them if you can. Sometimes just passing this information along can be a big help. Thanks Cathy
